These terms cover the use of digitalempiresolutions.online and set out the general basis on which we work. The specific terms of any engagement live in the written proposal you sign, and that proposal governs if the two ever disagree.

Using this website

The content here is provided for information. You may read it, share it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

The free preview

We build website previews at no cost and with no obligation. A preview is a demonstration. It does not transfer ownership of anything until an engagement begins, and we may decline to build one for any business we are not able to serve well.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts or revenue. Search engines and AI assistants change their systems without notice and no agency controls them. What we commit to is the work described in your proposal, performed to a professional standard, and reporting drawn from Google's own data so you can verify it.

Fees and terms of service

Prices shown on this website are current at the date above and may change for new clients. A rate quoted in a signed proposal is held for the term of that agreement. Founding client rates are limited and are stated as such wherever they appear.

Engagements that include a minimum term say so in the proposal. After the minimum term, service continues month to month and either side may end it.

What you own

You own your domain name, your website content and the site we build for you. You own your Google Business Profile and every account registered in your name. If our relationship ends, we hand over access and we do not withhold anything.

We retain ownership of our own internal processes, templates, checklists and tooling.

What we need from you

Delivery depends on access and information from you: account access, accurate business details, photographs, and approvals within a reasonable time. Where a delay is caused by material we have not received, timelines move accordingly.

You confirm that any material you give us — photographs, logos, text — is yours to use.

Reviews

We build systems to help you ask customers for reviews. We do not write, buy, incentivise or fabricate reviews, and we will not work with a client who asks us to. This is a condition of working together, not a preference.

Subcontracting

We may use specialist providers to deliver parts of an engagement. We remain responsible to you for all of it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes do not alter the terms of a proposal already signed.
